The body of Miss Schoening of Plantation, Fla., and formerly North Brunswick, was found Aug. 18, 2009, in a lake in Plantation, when she drowned in her automobile in a lake following an accident.
She went missing in 1997. She was a database analyst at Team Information Services, Orlando and Plantation, Fla. She was a 1979 graduate of and member of the gymnastics team at North Brunswick Township High School, and received her bachelor's degree at Rutgers University, New Brunswick. She was a former member of the Reformed Church of North Brunswick. She was predeceased by a sister, Linda, in 1982. She is survived by her parents, Arlene and Hank Schoening of North Brunswick, and Riverview, Fla.; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Edward of North Brunswick, and Russell and Janine of Valrico, Fla.; a niece; and a nephew. A memorial service will be held in December at her parents' house in Central Florida; and in New Jersey at a date to be determined.
