interested in buying my own digital camera, but I need the cheapest one available. Not so cheap that it doesn't work right, however.
It would also have to be able to record videos.
A cheap but working one, I'll probably look on ebay, or craigslist. If you don't want one used the cheapest you can get in the store is around $90.00 its a samsung, and it recordes videos.
