The Twilight Saga- New Moon is one of them, after raking in around $26.3 million ( according to Summit Entertainment) at midnight screenings on its opening night, the search for the oddest things about the movie has started.Huge movie opening by The Twilight Saga: New Moon has audience members scurrying for information about the new moon calendars of 1918 featured in the recent release.
Reports from box offices show the take for this weekend was around $140 million in the U.S. with a total of $258.8 million worldwide. This more than doubled the sales from the first installment of the Twilight series.
The series is based on author Stephenie Meyer's novels.
"New Moon", the second in the series, continues the love story between a young school girl and her romance with a vampire. The stars of the movie are Kristen Stewart as the girl with Robert Pattison as the vampire love interest. This second movie introduces a new character of the werewolf played by Taylor Lautner.
So now I just know by next week I will have to put some of these calendars up at work. As it is I can barely get the Twilight series on the shelves, plus the calendars we got two weeks ago.
