Joe Biden F-Bomb

Vice President of the United States, Joe Biden, doesn't just think the newly-passed Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act is a big deal. The president's signing of health care reform legislation on Tuesday is being hailed as a historic moment by the bill's supporters. Vice President Joe Biden went a step further, calling it "a big f---ing deal."

Biden was hugging President Barack Obama when he made his unscripted pronouncement into the president's ear at the bill-signing ceremony. His comment was barely audible on video of the ceremony.

That video quickly found its way online, and Biden's gaffe is now perhaps the most memorable quote from the landmark event.

White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs reportedly backed the V.P. up, saying “Yes, Mr. Vice President, you’re right.” Barack Obama’s senior adviser, Valerie Jarrett, later responded that they are unable to change the gaffe-prone Biden one bit.

He certainly had his share of memorable moments during his decades of service as a member of the U.S. Senate from Delaware, including more than one like this.
