Blake Lively on the set of her show Gossip Girl, wearing a low-cut dress that shows off a good portion of her perky cleavage. Usually when someone has had breast implants it's ridiculously obvious, but in Lively's case I'm stumped and completely on the fence.
On the one hand it's easy to argue that she's just wearing an amazing push-up bra and her breasts look so firm because she's only 21 years old. On the other hand, they're also suspiciously round and we know Lively is not adverse to plastic surgery (not that you can blame her for the nose job).
