Super cop Prashant has won the long battle and has bagged the title of ‘Indian Idol’. He faced tough competition from the very popular Amit.
Prashant was ecstatic when John Abraham announced him as the winner; he rushed and hugged his parents, who were there to bless their kid.
Prashant has won a 1-crore ($250K) music contract and a Maruti SX car; he would be cutting his solo album this year.
Prashant thanked his police team in Kolkata, the judges and his fans to vote and support him all through out his ‘Indian Idol’ journey.
Runner-up Amit was also gifted a Maruti SX and he looked happy for his friend Prashant as he joined him to celebrate the special moment on ‘Indian Idol’.
