Kevin Curtis, NFL record for yards receiving in a first half Sunday

Kevin Curtis, he tied an NFL record for yards receiving in a first half Sunday with 205 yards on nine catches in Philadelphia’s game against the Detroit Lions.

Kevin Curtis caught touchdown passes of 68, 12 and 43 yards from Donovan McNabb as the Eagles built a 42-21 lead.

The crazy thing is Kevin Curtis was an off season pickup and was really not a top list name on other teams, Kevin Curtis is supposed to be just a fill guy, mmmm after today I do not think Kevin Curtis will be anymore.

Kevin Deevon Curtis played for the St. Louis Rams through the 2006 season, but on March 15, 2007, agreed to a 6-year deal with the Philadelphia Eagles. He was drafted by the Rams in the 3rd round (74th overall) in the 2003 NFL Draft.

He went to Utah State. He ran a hand-timed 40 yard dash of 4.21 but a 4.43 at the NFL Combine. At Utah State’s on-campus workout, he posted times of 4.36, 4.39 and 4.34.
